Mitigating the impact of COVID-19 on children with disabilities in Malaysia

“The barriers to accessing services (education, health and social) and rights deprivations have been exacerbated by the COVID-19 crisis for children with disabilities. Malaysia’s legislative frameworks must adopt a rights-based approach to disability-inclusion in order to provide greater protections for children with disabilities.”
